HOW DO I SET UP MY AVIVA DIGITAL GP ACCOUNT?
Search and download Aviva Digital GP from the app store. Activate the service using the unique Next access code 816798
Then read The User Guide so you can fully understand the best way to use this benefit.

The service covers access to an information hub, a symptoms scorecard assessment with up to 6 FREE 30 minute sessions with a menopause nurse to discuss symptoms, lifestyle changes and treatment options.
