Health Benefits of some Sun

Whilst getting too much sun damages skin, letting in a bit may be good for you

Sunshine has always had proven beneficial properties

We know that if the temperature is good and not too hot that we generally feel great in the Sunshine. Sunshine boosts the body's level of serotonin which is a chemical that improves your mood and helps you stay calm and focused.

Sunshine is however, a mixed blessing as it can be a danger to your skin. The ultraviolet (UV) radiation emitted by the sun can cause cancer.
