Women's Aid want to reassure survivors and local specialist services that they are there for you and will be doing everything they can to support anyone during challenging times.

SOS's core focus is to provide free group meetings in a safe space, where anyone affected by suicide can talk openly and honestly about their thoughts of this still taboo subject. Their aim is to reduce, and eventually eradicate, people’s feelings of shame, stigma and silence that surround not only suicide, but all mental health conditions, meaning that many people still feel unable to say how they really feel.
