To celebrate World Menopause day which takes place on 18th October we've invited Emma from Square Health (who provide our FREE menopause support sessions through the Digicare+ Workplace App) to talk about all things Menopause.
When: Thursday 15th October at 10:00am
What will be covered in the session?
Emma will talk about the different stages of Menopause and will do a deep dive into Hormone Therapy. This is your opportunity to hear the myths VS the facts. Discover the different types of hormone therapy and the choices available. Emma will also touch on holisitc and non-hormonal alternatives.

Navigating Nutrition During Menopause
Our webinar took place ahead of International Women's Day.
Natalie Rouse has over 22 years of experience working within nutrition, health, and lifestyle change. She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Human Nutrition, is a Master of Research, and is currently studying for a PhD, as well as being a qualified Exercise Physiologist. Natalie will discuss the following:
'What is menopause and what happens to hormones during this stage?
Which Vitamins and Minerals are important?
What about fibre, protein and omegas
some ideas of how to incorporate these nutrition principles into meals and snacks
