Celebrating International Women's Day

Tuesday 8th March 2022 is a day in our year devoted to women.  The theme for this years International Women's Day is #BreakTheBias - a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination.  

 We'd love for all genders to take notice of  the 3 areas we are exploring - see below our highlights for the day.  Menopause is one focus area and yes it's a woman thing but it really does effects everyone - we all have a woman in our lives.  A mum, a wife, a partner, a friend, an aunt, a work colleague.  Let's find out more about what they are experiencing and be open to speak and learn about the Menopause.
