Navigating Nutrition During Menopause
Our webinar took place ahead of International Women's Day.
Natalie Rouse has over 22 years of experience working within nutrition, health, and lifestyle change. She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Human Nutrition, is a Master of Research, and is currently studying for a PhD, as well as being a qualified Exercise Physiologist.
Natalie will discuss the following:
'What is menopause and what happens to hormones during this stage?
Which Vitamins and Minerals are important?
What about fibre, protein and omegas
some ideas of how to incorporate these nutrition principles into meals and snacks

Her book is an easy to follow guide which discusses this life change with a positive approach. It is packed full of information about the menopause and considers your mindset with information about nutrition, including recipes and practical workout plans that can be followed over a 30 day period.
