It's easier than you think to find yourself in a situation where you don't feel safe, valued or supported. For non judgmental support and advice there are a number of organisations that have the knowledge and experience to help. There is no need to continue to struggle alone. The organisations listed are able to give you a listening ear and provide you with information and help to enable you to change your life for the better.
UAVA Ltd
(United Against Violence and Abuse). They are a consortium of three local specialist providers of domestic abuse and sexual violence services; Women’s Aid Leicestershire Ltd, FreeVA and Living Without Abuse.
They aim to provide a simplified journey, which can be accessed by anyone who has been affected by domestic abuse and or sexual violence.
Women's Aid
Women's Aid are at the forefront of shaping and coordinating responses to domestic abuse.
Women's Aid want to reassure survivors and local specialist services that they are there for you and will be doing everything they can to support anyone during challenging times.

Hollie Guard
Hollie guard is a free personal safety App for a smart phone which enables the user to create a range of alerts to share with their named emergency contacts.
From an emergency alert, meeting timer, monitored journeys as well as the option to pay for a police approved response team. The Hollie App may provide added reassurance if you think you need it.
