Hydrate and feel better 💦
Water is vital to our health Think of water as a nutrient your body needs that is present in liquids, plain water and foods. All of these are essential daily to replace the large amounts of water we lose each day. Our bodies use water all the time, when we breathe and use the loo. We need to replace the water lost and add some to help our bodies function well. If we don't drink enough we can become dehydrated and experience headaches, bloating, UTI's, (uninary tract infections) constipation and irregular bowel movements.
Staying hydrated can be tricky during busy times but remember that being adequately hydrated will help you perform at your best in all you do including your daily interactions with colleagues and loved ones. Checkout just some of the benefits below ...
