Adoption UK is a charity providing support, community and advocacy for those who are adopting.


Cruse Bereavement Support. If you have been affected in anyway by someone passing then Cruse Bereavement Care will be there to support you.

Silence of Suicide SOS's core focus is to provide free group meetings in a safe space, where anyone affected by suicide can talk openly and honestly about their thoughts of this still taboo subject.  Their aim is to reduce, and eventually eradicate, people’s feelings of shame, stigma and silence that surround not only suicide, but all mental health conditions, meaning that many people still feel unable to say how they really feel.
