HEALTH CHECK LIST IN YOUR 30'S

MONTHLY     Testicular self-exam

ANNUALLY    Yearly physical that includes: Blood pressure check (normal blood pressure is                           120/80)                                                                                                                                                       Blood Test

                        STD SCREENING (If you are sexually active)

                        Eye Test

EVERY 2 - 5 YEARS Cholesterol testing (more often if overweight)  Blood Sugar Test

                                     Cervical Smear & Pelvic Exam

IF NEEDED   Fertility Testing.  Tell your doctor when you and your partner start trying                                      to conceive.  If you've been unable to conceive after a year of trying, talk                                      to your doctor about your options.

                                   Talk to your doctor if you have family history of breast cancer, a      mammogram or genetic testing might be recommended
