From Mental Health First Aiders across our business. These are colleagues who have been specially trained to help support you with any mental wellbeing challenges you may be facing. If you have wondered if you could help but have felt uncertain if you could or should? We have some suggestions on our Peer to Peer support page to help you feel more confident if you decide to make a response.
There is also additonal support available from the Retail Trust and Digicare + Workplace App that both offer free counselling sessions.
